 Bob Nordby, MA, CPP

Executive Vice President

Bob Nordby is a key member of our Team he serves as the Executive Vice President of Training Services and provides training and consulting services to our clients. 

 Bob has nearly thirty years’ experience in the law enforcement and security. He has served as the senior most security executive for organizations in the healthcare, financial services, and education sectors.

Additionally, he has served in leadership positions in federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, and as an instructor or program chair at the Wisconsin State Patrol Academy and at several institutions of higher education.

He holds a Master’s Degree in the Administration of Criminal Justice and Security and is board certified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) by ASIS International. 

He is also recognized as an expert in the security industry, having presented on various security related topics at regional and national conferences.

Drew Neckar, CPP, CHPA

President 

Drew Neckar is our founder and serves as our President and provides consulting and litigation support services to our clients. 

Drew has extensive experience garnered during more than twenty years in security management positions in healthcare, edcucation, property management, and entertainment  industries.

Drew is is board certified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) by ASIS International, as a Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator (CHPA) by the International Association of Healthcare Security & Safety, and as a CPTED Practioner by the American Crime Prevention Institute.

He is also recognized as an expert in the security industry furthering professionalism in the field of corporate security by actively participating in numerous professional organizations which have included serving on professional boards, development of best practices and standards, writing articles for newsletters and professional journals, and presenting at regional and national conferences.
